The Laptop Workshop is Expanding

We have recently opened a new store in Worthing, West Sussex adding to our successful stores in Haywards Heath and Uckfield in Sussex. The new state of the art store in Worthing has a fully equipped computer repair centre as well as a large selection of laptops, PC's and accessories for sale.
Many customers like to research computers on our online store and then come into one of our retail stores where we can provide specialist information as well as see the laptops and try them out yourself.
We aim to offer something many retailers fail to offer – excellent service and low prices. We pride ourselves on our quality of service. We believe that the best form of marketing is through word of mouth and that those companies who succeed do so as a result of listening to their customers. We feel that this is what differentiates us from other retailers. We feature many product lines from top manufacturers such as Acer, Dell, HP, Toshiba, Fujitsu Siemens, Sony, Logitech and Samsung, to name but a few.
We want our customers to phone us if they need help or are unsure about which product maybe right for them – this is why we put the phone numbers of our stores on every page of the website and in all of our literature – we do not want to hide behind the technology and confuse our customers like many companies can do.
At The Laptop Workshop we realise that buying a new laptop is a complicated and difficult decision. This is why we have friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand to answer your questions or queries – even after purchase! Our phone lines are open 6 days a week, with someone always ready to help.
Whilst we always aim to achieve a superb standard in customer care, we also believe in setting out customer’s expectations. For those new to buying goods on the web, there are areas unique to e-tailing which can cause problem - payment and delivery:
Payment
Due to the rise in credit card fraud, we need to manually review most orders. Sometimes we may either need to speak with you before processing the order or ask you to email or fax over additional ID. In some instances, the banks will place a block on your card not because the funds aren’t available but because they want to make sure that the genuine cardholder has ordered the goods. We understand this can be frustrating but reducing fraud not only allows us to keep our prices competitive but ultimately makes it safer for you to do business with us. If you want a speedy delivery, we ask that you regularly check your email, text and voice mail messages to avoid needlessly waiting in for a delivery that hasn’t yet been despatched.

We aim to deliver most items next working day. If we have emailed you to let you know your order has been despatched and it hasn’t arrived as planned, please contact us (see details below) and a member of the team will be happy to help.

I thought I would send you a mail to say thank you for the really excellent improvement in the performance of my MESH Elite pc that you serviced this week and I collected yesterday afternoon. The upgrade of the RAM which you advised has also been well worth the effort.
