Delivery is mainland UK and Isle of Wight only.

FREE delivery applies to all orders over £50, otherwise its just £4.95.

How will I receive my order?
Small items are sent securely by our courier DPD and will require a signature upon arrival.

For larger items our 2 man delivery team will deliver your order. We will text you on the day before delivery with a 60 minute time slot.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your purchase within 1 to 6 working days of you receiving your confirmation of acceptance of order, subject to availability and unless otherwise stated by our customer service team. For small items the goods will be despatched on an all day delivery service Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm by our carriers DPD. For larger items we will call you on receipt of your order to arrange a suitable delivery date.

What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?
If you need to change the date or time you can respond to the text message to re-arrange. However, if the courier arrives and you are not available they will leave a card to let you know they have attempted to deliver your product and will re-attempt delivery the next working day. If delivery fails on more than two occasions, please contact us by e-mail at or call 01903 200 222

For larger items we will contact you by telephone to arrange your delivery date upon receipt of your order. We will text you a 60 minute time slot the day before delivery. It is important that you are available to take delivery during this time.

What do I do if my delivery hasn't arrived as expected?
We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer service to all our customers and our feedback rating is very important to us.
