Delivery & Returns
Delivery is mainland UK and Isle of Wight only.
FREE delivery applies to all orders over £50, otherwise its just £4.95.
How will I receive my order?
Small items are sent securely by our courier DPD and will require a signature upon arrival.
For larger items our 2 man delivery team will deliver your order. We will text you on the day before delivery with a 60 minute time slot.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver your purchase within 1 to 6 working days of you receiving your confirmation of acceptance of order, subject to availability and unless otherwise stated by our customer service team. For small items the goods will be despatched on an all day delivery service Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm by our carriers DPD. For larger items we will call you on receipt of your order to arrange a suitable delivery date.
What happens if I'm not home when delivery is attempted?
If you need to change the date or time you can respond to the text message to re-arrange. However, if the courier arrives and you are not available they will leave a card to let you know they have attempted to deliver your product and will re-attempt delivery the next working day. For larger items we will contact you by telephone to arrange your delivery date upon receipt of your order. We will text you a 60 minute time slot the day before delivery. It is important that you are available to take delivery during this time.
What do I do if my delivery hasn't arrived as expected?
We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer service to all our customers and our feedback rating is very important to us. If you have any problems with regards to your delivery, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue with you by contacting our customer service team by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly on 01903 200 222*.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the contract or return your item(s) under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 working days from the date you received it for an exchange or refund.
To return the item(s), please contact us by email at email@example.com quoting your order number. We aim to respond to your e-mail enquiry within 1 working day of receipt. Alternatively, please call our customer services team on 01903 200 222 who will assist with arranging collection of your unwanted item(s).
All monies will be refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. We will refund your payment with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. However the following points must be observed:
- Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging . Please ensure that the product is well packed so it does not get damaged on its return journey. The receipt or other valid proof of purchase must be returned with the unused item(s).
- Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it. (Damages must be recorded within 24 hours)
- For small items the amount charged for collection is £10.
- For larger items the amount charged for collection is £35.
- All products are checked on return to our warehouse. In the event of the product being used or an accessory is missing, a full refund will not be processed. An example of the cost for accessories that will be charged is as follows:
1. Charger £40 including VAT.
2. Instruction book/manual £10 including VAT
If you fail to make the goods available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and you will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that the manufacturer endeavours to offer a free repair service for all products that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse or neglect, within the manufacturers guarantee period.
If the product develops more than four hardware faults in the first year of the guarantee period an identical replacement will be offered subject to availability.

Call out for iPhone repairs
Please note any call out charges are charged as a separate item. Warranty repairs which involve a call out are valid for 30 days only. After 30 days the remainder of 12 month warranty is RTB (return to base only).
