Our standard on-site support rate. If a problem is better handled in the workshop, we'll explain the options before taking the device away or carrying out additional work.

A technician visits your home or office and works on the problem where your equipment is installed.
We resolve the issue on site where practical, or explain the best next step if workshop work is required.

Can you fix Wi-Fi problems?
Yes. We can investigate poor coverage, connection dropouts, router placement and device connectivity. Some broadband-line or provider faults may ultimately need to be resolved by your internet provider.
