Just wanted to say thanks for brilliant service in Broadwater today. Took my laptop in to deal with excessive heat production, fan on overdrive all the time. I needed it back before the end of the day. Job done (64196) in a few hours; laptop now runs as it did when I bought it 4 years ago. I wish I’d brought it to you sooner: I have been deafened by the fan for months!

Just to say thanks to the staff of the Laptop Workshop in Broadwater who worked tirelessly to fix a major problem on our laptop: we could not download updates to our AVG anti-virus package resulting in some of our accounts being compromised. Their patience and coordination of the work with colleagues in Haywards Heath proved to be a winner. We now have a virus-free laptop, fully protected and working well. Really impressed. Thank you all!

I just want to say what a fantastic shop this is... just been to another retailer in Worthing to look at new laptops and was given the biggest load of sales codswallop... In despair we went to The Laptop Workshop and received good old fashioned service - honest, friendly, helpful. Purchase made for a lot less than what we would have paid one of the "big stores"... Huge thankyou for solving our headache.

I broke my laptop screen...again:/ and took it to these guys for repair instead of using my usual shop for repairs...so happy I did because their service is fantastic! Fast, efficient, reasonable prices and very helpful, they not only sorted my new screen for me but fixed a problem my previous repairer had left me with just to help me out and get up and running properly. I would highly recommend these guys and will be using them for all our computing needs from now on. Thanks guys:) Sue Holms

"You recently repaired my Samsung NC110 Netbook. I'd bought it from Currys in Haywards Heath, and the screen had broken. It was also operating very slowly. Currys took two months (when they kept the netbook) before returning it to me telling me that the manufacturers' warranty would not cover a replacement screen.
I bought the netbook to your store in Haywards Heath. Your excellent staff member gave me a rough estmate of cost to replace the screen and to expand the memory on the spot. He followed up with a precise (and very reasonable) quote within hours. The netbook was fixed just a few days later. From being really dissatisfied with my netbook, I am now delighted with it - and with the outstanding service from your store.

"Super Service! Took my laptop in at about 3pm as it was running very slowly and failing to load several programmes (including Firefox 10). Received a phone call at about 9.30am the next day. Job done! Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Windows Vista on my old lap top will never be fast but the improvement is more than acceptable, thank you!"

bought a laptop for my daughter from the Worthing store, was very impressed with the advice and setting it up free of charge and was cheaper than currys up the road. nice to see a small business like this beating the big boys like pc world! keep up the good work.

Had my iPhone3 2 days and broke the screen! Apple wouldnt fix under their warranty and my insurance was not yet active so use these guys in Haywards Heath and was very happy with the service, great price and polite and helpful staff.

Wasn't sure which department to send this to, just wanted to say that this business is very impressive, so far i have never experienced a laptop repair service that has been so fair and honest and so reasonably priced. I wont consider taking my laptop anywhere else and will certainly reccommend the business to anyone who needs your services. Thank you very much for allowing me to trust laptop shops again!

Hello I thought I would send you a mail to say thank you for the really excellent improvement in the performance of my MESH Elite pc that you serviced this week and I collected yesterday afternoon. The upgrade of the RAM which you advised has also been well worth the effort.

In the past, Ive been held hostage by techie people who talk over my head. I clicked with these guys from the start because they are so down to earth and more than willing to do a great job for their clients. Laptop is a professional company with a real commitment to provide excellent technical expertise and incredibly good customer service. I havent found this from many other providers.
